Datapump Export error

Hi! The DB is Oracle 12c (12.2.0.1) Enterprise Edition running on HP-UX 11.31. When we execute datapump export, below error occurs. This is a new installation and we just created the tablespaces and loaded preset data (from database creation scripts) for JD Edwards application. We are backing up the tablespaces before proceeding to next operation.

> expdp system/pwd@dbinstance schemas=DD920,OL920,SY920,SVM920 directory=backupdir dumpfile=PDSYSTEM.dmp logfile=PDSYSTEM.log
