All the UBE's submitted are going to submit type RD instead of BV in WSJ

Hi,

Since yesterday what ever UBE I submit to the Batch server in the WSJ the submit type is showing as RD instead of DV.

I found the document Submit Type or Job Type is Defaulting to RD instead of BV for all UBEs in WSJ application (Doc ID 1576556.1)

Even after purging the records in F9563* the issue didn't resolved.

Any idea why it is happening?

We are at JDE 9.2 TR 9.2.3.4
