OS not shown partition on LUN using multipath

We have RAC 2 node 11.2.0.4 running on Oracle Linux 6.8. Last week, there is problem with our storage (one controller is down) so oracle cluster in node 2 is down while node 1 running well. We must reboot node 2 to bring cluster and database online.

But after reboot, cluster can't boot because some ASM disks lost. Each storage LUN, we create a partition and create ASM disk base on this partition. We find out LUN storage on server (which map with those ASM disks) were lost partition. Server only see LUNs but partition of this LUN is not shown. While node 1 is running normally.
