ATP Detail information does not include new SO line quantity

Hi All!

We have a problem in our OEBS 12.2.7 with Sales Order Scheduling because of wrong ATP results.

Case1:

sysdate=01/10/2019

Item1 - Lead_Time (Cumulative Total) = 30

ATP Infinite Supply = Cumulative Total Lead Time

Available on-hand = 20

1. Create new Sales Order,

2. Create line 1.  quantity =20, Request_Date = 15/10/2019, Scheduled (auto) = 15/10/2019, line scheduled and reserved

3. Create line 2. (same Item), quantity =10, Request_Date = 20/10/2019, Scheduled (auto) = 20/10/2019 (instead of InfiniteTimeFence sysdate+30)

system show message "Quantity on hand fails to satisfy reservation"

Availability Window

ATP Detail still show quantity 20 as available.

Run Data collection. (no effect)

ATP Detail still show quantity 20 as available.

The same result in case of cancelling SO.
