Lease with 2 billing lines: Bill 1 line in advance and 1 line in arrears

We have the following use case:

We want to have 1 lease with the following lease details:

Lease class: Revenue

Lease commencement date: 01-JAN-2019

Lease termination date: 31-DEC-2019

Billing line 1. This billing line needs to be billed on the first of the month, so we have set it up as follows:

Frequency: Monthly

Start date: 01-JAN-2019

End date: 31-DEC-2019

Schedule day: 1

This will generate the first billing item on 01-JAN-2019.

Billing line 2 is about the same lease period and with a monthly frequency, but the billing schedule needs to be generated exactly 1 month in arrears, so the first billing item should be generated on 01-FEB-2019.
