Upgrade 12c database on AIX to 19c on Linux, could someone provide any doc for this implementation?

There is a 12c database on AIX, I need upgrade and migrate to 19c on Linux. We want to use transportable tablespace to implement this, but I only find transportable tablespace for the same version in different platform, can we do this with different version? If yes, could you provide the doc and steps?
