Oracle B2B 12c : b2b.useCPAid (ebMS/ebXML) for overruling default agreement identification obsolete?

In Oracle B2B 11g the was an option to override default agreement identification (From/To/Action and Service or From/To/Doctype and Doc Revision) of incoming messages by CPA id only. This could be done by setting the b2b.useCPAid on ‘true’.

My question is : where is the 12c documentation about this setting and is it working properly in 12c? I cannot find it. Is this option obsolete?

Background:

I cannot find any documentation about “useCPAid” in de 12c documentation set.

We already have opened an SR (3-18980808601) about it but the answer is insufficient.
