Hi,

I am CSM from Chile and I am looking for our clients to use the proactive tools that they have with Oracle premier Support.

I would like to know the following regarding Oracle Autonomous Health Framework (AHF)

1- I understand that it is integrated with Cloud Control and Enterprise Manager. How is integration done? Is the AHF also required to be installed? Is everything managed from the cloud control or on two separate consoles? Are both tools complementary?

2- Is there a link to a demo to show it to customers and see the value?

3- Does it require additional licensing?
