How do I set the DF bit on net0?

I have packets being sent over the network and all large packets are being dropped if they are larger then two MTU's. My interface MTU size = 1500.

But my network team tells me to reset the DF bit so packets can be fragmented or tell the firewall to expect a fragmented packet, but I don't see anywhere to set or reset this?

This just happened after a recent upgrade to Oracle DG 18c, I'm not convinced this is not a bug in 18c.

Thanks for any help here, this is on a production system and we need an answer.
