How to import data from csv to JDE through orchestration

Hi,

Is there any process to import data from CSV file to JDE without configuring 'FTP Server on AIS server (or accessible by AIS server)'?.  I have a requirement to access a file placed in AIS server where same host as the WebLogic server containing the AIS server.    Pls suggest.
