Can I just send a Bye ?

I have a minor issue with one of the spammers that appear to be targeting us.

We send back a 404 to indicate no number.  The spammer then proceeds to try another 2 or 3 times to the same number, each time getting back a 404..

Is it possible via lrt/hmr etc . to just send back a Bye, or maybe a null code equivalent to a network routing black hole.

This is more of a theoretical exercise as I know the 'black hole' technique could use more of our sessions.
