Why PM_SUGGESTED_END_DATE is null

Looking at Work order Header and detail View - EAM_WORK_ORDERS_V and EAM_WORK_ORDER_DETAILS_V

The Column, PM_SUGGESTED_END_DATE is NULL in both tables. We have maintenance Routing and the PM work Order is generated with Scheduled start and end dates. but I see only the the PM suggested start date column has value. What am i missing? Thanks
