How to fix amount difference in Item balance/ledger integrity without zero balance adjustment?

Hi All,

I am on JDE 9.1.

Trying to work on Item balance vs item ledger reconciliation

For few items , the R41544 output shows amount variance (ledger is less than balance). Cost type in F4105 is 07

I saw a reference document on Oracle support which mentions a zero balance adjustment as solution in such cases.

But  in my system , cost entry is disabled in Inventory adjustment program versions.

How should I proceed for fix in this scenario?

Please suggest.
