Genscript IP15 Not Run

I am running genscript on siebel IP15, OS RHEL 64 bit, but it does not run. gets stuck and does not finish.

Do you know what might be going on? The environment variables are all correct.

Command:

cd  /u01/app/siebel/sba815/ses/siebsrvr/

. ./siebenv.sh

./genbscript /u01/app/siebel/sba815/ses/siebsrvr/bin/ptb/scomm.cfg /u01/app/siebel/sba815/ses/eappweb/public/ptb PTB
