I have Windows 12 R2 with Management Console Machine and Windows 10 (64) Weblogic - when I install S

I have disable firewall, I can ping with both direction. I install SM agent on Windows 10 machine. I kept the same JDK level for both machines. When I log into Server Manager I can not see Windows 10 as listed server. What could be the reason. I have management Machine is on Windows 12 R2 (64).
