Service Form Request can display a form dynamically

Hi,

Suppose I am using application P0801. I have added a button using "Form Extension" and it is  associated with a form request which will call another application P0801CMP.

By using this service form request can we display P0801CMP form based on the button click.

Note: Please consider this just as an example
