Upgrade my EBS R12.1.3 to R12.2.9

Dears,

during upgrade process i have to run rapid Wizard (RapidWiz.cmd)

this steps is very important and i have to be more careful for every steps

i'm requested to enter Apps OS User password (see attached screenshot)

please clarify more for me that: ==> Apps OS User password means my Local administrator OS password ?
