Application Grayed Out when Attachment Manager is Opened

Hi All,

Does anyone know why the application is grayed out when attachment manager is opened?
We should close the manager first before closing the program or opening another attachment, I'm not sure if this is part of the JDE update in 9.2.3.4.

I can't find any documentation related to this.
