Outlook to Siebel Drag&Drop not working in WIN10 with IE

Hello Community,

we are having issues with the Outlook to Siebel Drag&Drop Addin. The Addin is correctly installed but when trying to drop a file from Outlook to IE, this is not working. Other browser like Chrome or Edge are working, also draging a file from the harddisk to the IE is is working.

Any ideas?
