Patch 29778098: EBS RELEASE 12.2 CONSOLIDATED DATABASE FIXES FOR JUL 2019

I saw in README :

Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 - Consolidated Database & Fusion Middleware Fixes

This patch provides a collection of the recommended EBS Release 12.2 patches for

a single platform, as listed in the following My Oracle Support knowledge

documents:

- Document 1594274.1, Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2: Consolidated List

  of Patches and Technology Bug Fixes

- Document 1147107.1, Database Patch Set Update Overlay Patches Required for

  Use with PSUs

- Document 1392527.1, Database Patches Required by Oracle E-Business Suite on

  Oracle Engineered Systems: Exadata Database Machines and SuperClusters

Usage:

    $ unzip -o p29778098_<version>_<platform_name>.zip

This will extract the files into an 'etcc-bundle' subdirectory, under which
