Enrollment Cancellation (SFPCLCAN) - selection process for classes to drop

Good morning,

We are looking for some clarity on how the Enrollment Cancellation process selects which courses to drop.  Our goal would be for it to prioritize the last course enrolled in to be the first to drop until there is no balance owed.  Does anyone know how the priority is determined for courses selected to drop in the SFPCLCAN COBOL?  Also, has anyone had any success modifying it to select from most recent enrollment moving backwards in the order that it drops?

We are currently on 9.2 and about to apply PeopleTools 8.57.08.  Thank you!
