2019 Year End first time users
We're trying to ensure before we begin Year End test we have all the steps clearly defined as this is the first time processing year end. Should the technical team apply the tax update first before running the special script? Should the user insert the 2018 effective dated prior to running the special script or does the special script insert the 2018 row? After the 2018 row is inserted then the user manually adds the 2019 rows in Tax Form Definitions page before applying Patch Number 29869845. Should 2019 rows be added in the Tax Form Print Parameters table as well?
