XML report is taking long time

I have a report written in xml which is run by XDODTEXE suddenly this report is taking a long time to complete but it completes with error. Log says there is tablespace issue but we have enough space of 60 GB confimed by our DBA. No changes have been made to this report. It has been registered in EBS 12.1.3 with DB 12.1.0.2.0. Till last friday it was working fine. Also I cannot update Data Definition for this. When I try to update, error appears "Cannot reach this page".
