Running "Payables Command Center Data Load" throws "><html><head><title>404 Not Found</title></head>

Hello All,

we installed and configured Oracle ebusiness suite Enterprise Command Center (ECC v3).  During the final step of running "Payables command Center Data Load", the concurrent program throws the message "The requested URL /ecc/ir/data/ap/datasets was not found" and the command ends in error. If anyone encountered this, can you please share whats causing this.

we followed MOS doc id "Installing Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework, Release 12.2 (Doc ID 2495053.1)"
