Can a Qty range be used to calculated an extended price using advanced pricing?

Using JDE OneWorld 9.2, tools 9.2.2.5

I have a need for setting up pricing where any quantity ordered between 1 and 200 is the same price.  Example: Qty of 1 = $1.00;  Qty of 200 = $1.00.  If a use a basis code of 5 and set the price at $1.00, it is calculating $1.00 x qty ordered.
