Disabling the ACSLS Web GUI

Is it possible to disable the ACSLS Web GUI?  I looked in the manuals, but didn't see how to do this. We do not intend to use it, and need to stop this from running, if possible.  I'm hoping that disabling it doesn't also interfere with the operation of the cmd_proc utility.  I don't think it would, but it doesn't hurt to check with the experts.
