Vacation Rollover Overrides

Vacation Rollover Overrides:  We have several employees whose vacation rollover amount is not the standard 160 hours.  I setup a rollover table for 240 hours and then attached it to my employees from the {Employee DBA Instructions - Rollover Override). 

When I run the rollover program it is still stopping the Rollover at 160 and will not roll over the 240.

Did I miss a step?
