You cannot complete this task because one of the following events caused a loss of page data

We cloned Production to our TEST environment and then applied the apps security patches. This was supposed to be our final test before applying the patches in Productions this weekend.

However, when I go into Payment Manager and click on a payment process that needs action, the window "Spins", the oacore_server eventually goes into a "warning" state and eventually the Payment windows will display the error message:

You cannot complete this task because one of the following events caused a loss of page data. Possible Causes:

1. You have left your login session idle past the timeout period.
2. A system failure has occurred.
