How to create Vehicle Item Name to use with trips and display on MBOL

We are on R12.2.5, and started using Trips functionality within Shipping Execution.  We do not use OTM.  We created a custom MBOL to print with shipping docs for the Trips.  How can I setup a Vehicle Item Name, description to choose on Trip Details.  Currently, the LOV is empty.  Would like to also include max wgt for each trip/load per vehicle.  Can this be done using seeded Oracle?
