Will Oracle Support the Customization to "Submit Offline Transactions" Program

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi Gurus,

We wish to Integrate Oracle with Braintree the payment gateway provider to process all the Credit Card receipts.

We are on 12.1.3 and not on the latest RUP's suggested by Oracle.

The Question i have is,

1)Do Oracle provided any solution which can be used to connect Oracle and Braintree?

2) If we modify the Submit Offline Transactions, extend it to connect to the Braintree system, will Oracle still provide support for the program Submit Offline Transactions?
