ORA-00313: open failed for members of log group 17 of thread 0 ORA-00312: online log 17 thread 0: '+

I'm configuring oracle 12.1 data guard and when run the script to duplicate from active database, below are the errors I got in standby alert log:

ORA-00313: open failed for members of log group 17 of thread 0

ORA-00312: online log 17 thread 0: '+RECO/CIVPMPR/onlinelog/group_17.25596.1020636011'

ORA-17503: ksfdopn:2 Failed to open file +RECO/CIVPMPR/onlinelog/group_17.25596.1020636011

ORA-15012: ASM file '+RECO/CIVPMPR/onlinelog/group_17.25596.1020636011' does not exist

ORA-00312: online log 17 thread 0: '+DATA/CIVPMPR/onlinelog/group_17.5148.1020636009'

ORA-17503: ksfdopn:2 Failed to open file +DATA/CIVPMPR/onlinelog/group_17.5148.1020636009

ORA-15012: ASM file '+DATA/CIVPMPR/onlinelog/group_17.5148.1020636009' does not exist

and This are the existing and created redo log file
