error 4 in libodbc.so

I have installed Oracle software on an old server, but one on which all Oracle software has been removed.

Upon this new install, there is a problem starting the software. Note, Linux has no issue I'm aware of

When I run DMESG, it's stating the below. The server was bounced recently. I understand that the OS booted OK, but each time I try to start the Oracle software, it enters some lines in it, referring to a library file.

That library file is on the system, in fact the problem is very likely a version issue, since there are many versions installed (4 actually). The library file is not present anywhere else on the server

Howdy, Stranger!
