LRT file fails to find a match.

I have 2 versions of an LRT file attempting to match 5 digit extensions starting with any of these digits (1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7).  I am trying to make the more simple regex string work according to examples from Oracle support sites and the LRT best practices document.

Has anyone been able to use a similar strategy to match ranges of numbers?

In the first file I've tried different strategies to match a regex string, and although the LRT file shows 5 valid entries, the test "show lrt route-entry TeamsLRT_internal " doesn't find any matches.
