Scheduled job is going into Launch(10) status

Hi Team,

JDE 9.2 TR 9.2.1.4

We have scheduled a job using Standard scheduler application of one of the our batch server, all Scheduled UBE is working fine except below two ube.

*R42565_C10008*

*R42565_C10005*

UBE status is going into Launch(10), unable to find any log on Scheduler server.

Latest specs are deployed on Scheduler server & there is no security for UBE & version.

How to troubleshoot such issue as I am unable to find any log why there two UBE its going into Launch Status
