Hot backup restore error

Hi all,

I'm doing rman restore using my hot backup set and there is an error when execute the restore script.

DB version : 12c ( 12.1.0.2 )

Plafform : Redhat Linux 64-bit , version 6

Error message ;

RMAN-03002: failure of allocate command at 10/15/2019 10:35:02

RMAN-06403: could not obtain a fully authorized session

ORA-01034: ORACLE not available

ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist

Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory

Additional information: 3640
