How to get the output in Excel format for a seeded report in EBS

How do we Set Excel as Concurrent Report Output Format for a seeded report in EBS

Ex:

1099 Supplier Exception report. The report output will be in Text by default. How can we export to excel?

Referred this document (How to Set Excel as Concurrent Report Output Format in FORM FNDCPMCP? (Doc ID 1298657.1)) and followed the steps.

But the output is not coming in Excel and still in Text.
