Create Accounting - Receipts for Period End Accruals ends with a warning and does not create journal

We have set up a request set that starts with "Receipt Accruals - Period-End" and ends with "Create Accounting - Receiving".  We have run it once after we closed the Payables period, and it finishes with warning do to accounting flexfield errors.  Inspite of these errors, the process imports and posts journal entries for receipts.  Since then we entered receipts for expense Pos and set the GL date to the prior period.  When we run this process again, the Create Accounting - Receiving and Accounting Program end with a Warning.  When we review the report there documents in error do
