Oracle Assets: System Controls Form

Hi,

We have an instance for Europe Countries in our business. The instance was on 11i and had a R12 upgrade earlier this year. New business (countries) are now being added to the instance. All countries have their own Business Group, LEs and OUs created.

I have created a new Business group, LE, OU, Ledger for the new country and completed almost all setups for the Asset Organization. Created a new responsibility and setup the profile options correctly.

When I go to System Controls form, the Enterprise Name defaulted with the flexfields etc. I checked or all countries, and they all share the same enterprise name...which means the flexfields are shared and the asset numbering is across countries (separate Business groups!!). This does not seem correct but even after extensive troubleshooting I am not able to find where this Enterprise name is coming from. Can anyone help?
