Delete Journal Import Data when Oracle cannot locate Spreadsheet Source

Hello,

I am familiar with deleting journal import data using the following and never had an issue:

If the rows are uploaded via the ADI Spreadsheet and the status of the rows is Error you can use the Delete Import Data option to delete the rows.

a. Navigate to Journals > Delete Import Data

This opens the submission screen for the process Delete Journal Import Data

b. Enter the appropriate parameters: Data Access Set, Source, Process ID, Ledger and optionally Group ID.

The problem is that "Spreadsheet" does not populate as a source (again, never an issue in the past). I viewed the request log to confirm that the source is "Spreadsheet" but the only two options Oracle will allow me to select are "cash management" and "intercompany" -neither apply to the entry I need to delete. For giggles, I tried both sources referencing the request ID but Oracle cannot locate such a record. Any assistance on how to delete a ADI Journal import data is appreciated when Oracle cannot "find" the correct source.

Howdy, Stranger!
