Picklist configuration

Hi:

           I am trying to pass  a value for BillingAcctNum thru web service. The Goal is to populate the field:  "Billing Account Id" through the BC "Asset Mgmt - Asset - Header".

I have the Integration Component, Asset Management IO (mapped to BC  "Asset Mgmt - Asset - Header), where I have defined the field BillingAcctNum ( External name as BillingAcctNum) with User prop of PICKLIST as Y)

In BC "Asset Mgmt - Asset - Header", I have the field BillingAcctNum, (as join field with join Spec as Destination col: PAR_ROW_ID; Source Field:Billing Account Id).

For "BillingAcctNum " field , I have a Picklist "PickList Account" defined and have two PickMaps:
