Oracle Hyperion Explore Repository - Create an object with PL/SQL block

Hi guys, we have installed the release of oracle enterprise performance management system workspace version 11.1.2.3.500.17.

We need to insert an archive that we have in our APP server, into the explore Repository (with API, Java, or any other tool, but not manually).

Do you have an idea if this could be done? Which other ways do we have to do this?
