Which web page/web template gets called on Siebel session timeout

On Siebel session timout browser gives warning to user"your session timed out becase you were idle and so on" when user clicks on OK button in browser it redirects user to login web page.

which web page/web template gets called on "OK" Click?

Where it is configured ?

How does browser know that it has to call the login web page ?
