Unable to account a payment due unable to account two invoices because the invoice accounting status

Hi,

Please help on the below issue.

We submit create accounting and we found an error that the system is unable to account this payment due the two invoices have been not accounted.

When we go to the invoices and create accounting for both but the accounting status still remains as "Partial".

Please advise.
