Projects in Primavera are only available to one user

The projects we are working on need to be shared across our users but at the moment only one has access, I am guessing I will need to move our database on to our shared drive but I am hesitant about moving about these files in case problems arise.

Also, the filepath that Primavera will follow to access the database will need to be updated and I'm unsure of the process around this.

Any help that can be given in this regard will be a great help!
