Is it possible to capitalise a CIP asset with part year so that it's capitalised start life is say 5

Hi

Is it possible to capitalise a CIP asset with part year so that it's capitalised start life is say 5 years 3 months? I can't seem to do it, and what ever DPIS I put its start capitalised life is always a whole year and not a part one
