FORMULA API STOPS WHERE CANNOT CALCULATE TOTAL QUANTITY

While trying to create Formula Using standard API Encountering the Error stating

Cannot calculate the total output quantity or total input quantity for this formula. The items in this formula may not have UOM conversions to the GMD: Yield Type UOM.” This is a standard caution note which appears at formula creation at the application level and it should not stop the formula creation.

Please do let me know how this error can be by passed While creating Formula using API

Currently we are using R12.2.5
