Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. ECC page is blank no dashboard available when accessed from internet explorer 11

Hi

When you are accessing from Ie11, the menu or dashboards not visible. it is working good in firefox, oracle 12.2.6 is the patch level.

any pointers will help
