SOA suite 12.1.3 quick start installer

Hi there,

I am unable to find installer for SOA Suite 12.1.3. I am referring to Installation guide https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1213/core/SOAQS/integrated.htm#SOAQS206

It says to download using URL: <a href="http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/soasuite/downloads/index.html" style="color: #145c93;">http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/soasuite/downloads/index.html</a>

but the above URL is for latest version 12.2.1.4, no option to get previous version. How can I get previous version installer of 12.1.3.
