Hello... we are planning an upgrade from EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.8.  Our data volume is very high, and we are trying to find out if there is a way to carry forward only latest 2 years data with upgrade.  We came across "Upgrade by Request" option that seems available for upgrade from 11i to R12, but not sure if the same is available for upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8.  Are there any such options to limit the data to be carried forward with upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8?
