weblogic | can not start instance....

Hi,

after remove two files, que weblogic instance keep in starting status....

do I remove tmp folder too...?

_WLS_PROD_DV_8002000000.DAT

/apps/JDEE1W***********************************************/data/store/default

WLS_DIAGNOSTICS000000.DAT     

/apps/JDEE1******************************************/store/diagnostics

both files too heavy, how can limit the file?
